Our room smelled like bug spray, the outside of the hotel was extremely run down, there were holes along the bottom of the wall - looked like someone just sit there and kicked the wall. We had no wash Clothes in our room and don't even get me started on the 8 legged guest we had join us in our bed.

Location
The Hotel is run down from the outside, our room smelled like bug spray and there was no wash cloths in the bathroom. There were holes kicked along the bottom of the walls along the baseboards and the air conditioning sucked. There were stray cats running around the place and lord forbid you wanted to go get ice - you had to dodge all the spiders in the walkway.

For the most part, it was quiet. It was nice that they offered a continental breakfast, however, it wasn't fresh.
Over priced compared to the other accommodations we had while staying in Arkansas. The staff was not friendly.

Single Traveler's Solid Choice
I stayed one night in a nice King Room Non-Smoking. The staff were friendly, honestly, especially when they offered to help me find a local diner late at night. The bed was super comfortable, slept like a baby!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still tolerable given the overall experience.

It was close to business.
Room was dirty and bed covers had cigarette burns.

It seemed to be a little run down on the outside. Paint would help a lot.

easy access to museums and fine walking trails
I had a really nice stay with a comfortable bed and the check-in & out process was super simple, easy to explore the nearby Vintage Motorcar Museum just a few steps away and enjoy a relaxing walk along the Adahi Trail, perfect for soaking in the park views I love.

Comfortable bed and ample pillows. Breakfast hours lasted a lot longer period of time than most Inns give you.
Walls and floors were very thin and you could hear people walking over your head. The pool was nasty and had not been filled up or used it looked like in years!

I was happy with hotel's marvellous and good location on a hill. Exceptionally nice and clean rooms had central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven. Exceptionally comfortable beds, the staff were very nice.

We visited Cherokee Village Golf and explored antique shops downtown. The linens seemed clean, and the bed was comfortable. Perfect spot for a fun getaway with plenty to do nearby.
Unfortunately, there was a bad room smell that was pretty off-putting.

Great location. Bed was comfortable.
No coffee pot in the room is a huge minus for me. Property was run down and not kept well (dirty walls and doors, paint chipped). I paid 150.00 for two nights which was a little ridiculous for a one bed room and a breakfast with boxed donuts.

The stay offered a great location, providing easy access to local attractions. While the friendly staff and comfortable bed made a positive impression, the room showed its age, with old furniture and subpar air conditioning. The shower had poor water pressure, resulting in an unpleasant experience as the water drained slowly, leaving a pool of water by my feet. I would not return due to these issues.
